Uncoiling machine adopts cantilever umbrella type, wedge expansion, hydraulic lock, hydraulic correcting.
The characteristics of this machine is it’s very convenient to install steel roll , replacing the arc clamping block and can adapt to different aperture of the steel coil and to ensure that the inner steel plate is not damaged. Uncoiling machine has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful outline, practical, unwinding speed is controlled by frequency converter and automatic tracking the main forming machine speed. Because of high speed steel roll uncoiling, during the deceleration, inertia before the stop is large, the installation of braking device, with the process of rubber pressing roller through a cylinder always pressed plate, preventing the steel plate shaped like a spring release, the base and the body for sliding rail structure. On the base of the machine installed a hydraulic cylinder, when the coil axis and the host have a deviation, the hydraulic cylinder can correct it at any time , ensure the speed of steel plate and the main machine are the same.
